Every year one of my good friends from High School has a Santa Party. We went when Elena and Joseph were young, but haven't been around the past 3 or 4 Christmas'. Last year we moved to Utah just the night before her party, so we were able to go. This year, the kids were SOOO excited to go! They each went to sit on Santa's lap, sang songs, played with old friends, and made gingerbread houses out of graham crackers. The only problem is that they live in an old Historical home, with two staircases. One in the front of the house and one in the kitchen that also leads down to the basement where her toy room is. This is especially fun for the kids when you tell them it's time to go and all four are having a great time playing with the other 20 kids! Kimball would run upstairs, when Joseph was running down to the playroom, and then they would switch. It isn't a surprise that by the time we gathered our flock and their goodies, got coats and shoes on, we were one of the last people out!
