This year has started off at full speed with us. We finished our big 10th Anniversary Celebration with some snow mobile-ing and sledding, and then jumped right into Gymnastics. This is Rebecca's first time in Gymnastics, and is really determined to do well. Elena has decided to try it out again. I wasn't too sure if she would like it because sometimes she isn't that coordinated. The first day they lined them up and had them all do a cartwheel in front of everyone, so they could put them each into a group on their same level. I panicked for her. She still can't really do a cartwheel. She snuck (is that even a word?) to the end of the line and I watched her nervously. She actually did one! She turned around and smiled at her daddy, one of the biggest smiles I've seen in a long time, and said "I DID IT!" It was one of those moments that I wish I could live over and over again. She was so proud and beautiful! Sometimes it's the ones that have to work the hardest to accomplish things that feel the most satisfaction.
