OK mom, here is the recent attempt at the fondant recipe. I was pretty pleased with it. I think I finally got the consistency right, but could work on the smoothing a little. I'm not sure I like the big bow, but it did hide a few of my creases at the bottom. I think that ribbon would work a lot better.
