Joseph lost his first tooth recently. I guess in my mind I keep thinking that they are so small, and yet they keep growing without my notice! It was the first tooth that I actually got to pull! Elena would go into the bathroom and pull her own teeth when they were ready to come out. The funniest thing was afterward. He was in the bathroom and was turning his head from side to side. I didn't think anything about it, until he said quietly "You still look good!" While still admiring himself in the mirror, head swinging side to side. I am just glad that my boys both have such a good self image.
